hi....i have problem in preview mode of layout.there is a field having lots of data if it shows in real way then take 4-5 pages but when i see it in preview mode its shows just in 1and half page and remaining contents are not showing..please sort out problem.

Double-click on the body part of the layout (in layout mode) and see whether the options "allow part to break across page boundaries" and "discard remainder of page" are selected.

Please clarify how long the layout body part is and how long the field is.

content could be 5-6 pages long.

Make the body part large enough to fit the MOST text: max it out if you like. Then use the sliding/printing feature to make the field and part shrink to fit in preview mode.
