Developper level privilege

Hi,

How can I set privilege on layouts and scripts creation? I want to work with a developer who will be able to create scripts and layouts, but not on the one that already exists.

How can I block modification to existing layouts or scripts?

Nevermind, I found the small checkbox on the top left corner hand.
