I’am a bigginer in FMP. To explain, I wish to transfer data from one table to another.

I have an application for HR. I plan to add several candidates for a position. the candidate does not yet sound the Employers. After selection of five potential candidates I will choose one and add it to my table Employers. Those here that I do not know how. That is to say that once my candidate is selected I want to transfer some data from my table candidate and send them to my table Employers.
