I have created a ne database with differente tables, my question is if i can just say to filemaker to display all columns i created in database on layout simple so i don´t have to put every column manually on layout.

Well I use this:

...and have Textwrangler set up to make the find and replaces required to make a migrated layout play with the new environment.

I can't tell if it's a solution for you, but your terming column seems like an attempt to use another tools metaphors ... which could suggest you have way to many fields, and not have fully normalized your solution - not that I for that matter have that always. But I know when I'm cutting corners...

You could create a new layout (for each table), move all fields to it and delete the old layout.
