Hi, welcome to FM Forums!

You are missing two tables that I can see - LineItems and Products. You shouldn't have multiple fields for Check #, Bal Due, Quantities Ordered and Quantities Received and so forth. Same with all of your 'replace' fields ... they should be records.

Here is an example of proper invoice/lineitems/customer/products structure:

Here's a basic rule in normalization ... any time you see several 'like' fields within a table, it usually is a sign that it should be split into another related table. :smile2:
