Hi, I'm hoping this is something basic. I have recently upgraded one of our windows machine to run Filemaker Pro 11. All seesm fine apart from the fact that the the email using email client script step does not seem to pass the email address through to the email client anymore. It is really frustrating. Any ideas on fixing this? The Macs we have upgraded work fine.

Many thanks

Rufus

version? Might matter.

This is old, but sounds like it might be what you're experiencing...

Hmm. The tech specs are:

"Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services

(FileMaker Pro 11 only)

The clients listed below are supported by FileMaker, Inc. at this time. Other clients may work as expected but they have not been tested for use with FileMaker Pro and are not currently supported.

Windows: Terminal Services Client (Remote Desktop Connection) version 6.1.7600 (Windows 7) running in Internet Explorer version 8; version 6.0.6001 (Windows XP) or version 6.0.6000 (Windows Vista) running in Internet Explorer version 7.0.5730.1"

Maybe not meeting these specs is the problem? The only other thread I could find was:

Other than that, nothing comes up regarding Outlook and TS with FM11.

It is all very strange. The TS machine is running Microsoft Server 2003. I could not find anyone else having this exact issue, although plenty of people having Outlook express issues generally such as:

I have reverted Filemaker Pro to Version 10 and it is working again. Very odd.
