How to remove borders around the webviewer

In previous versions of SuperContainer the webviewer didn't have a top and left borders. In more recent versions it has appeared. I spoke to someone from 360Works at Devcon in August and he thought the borders might be caused by something inadvertently left in a CSS file somewhere.

Any ideas how to remove these borders? A previous post here states thin grey lines might be unavoidable in some browsers, but these dark lines are a problem.
