Hello,

Over the last couple of years, I've built a job management database for our company, but I only "work" with the program a couple times of year, so I'm a little slow.

I have a value list from DB1 that I use as a pop-up list when creating new jobs in DB2. I was hoping to limit the value/pop-up list options to contacts who work for the same contractor (Customer Name) that I've already entered in DB2.

I know almost anything is possible with FileMaker and searching your threads has always helped me in the past!

Do you have a table of Contacts? And is there a field for the Contractor they work for?

It sounds like you want a conditional value list. In your case, the condition would be same Contractor. Check out this demo
