Howdy,

I've done a google search and search on this forum but didn't find anything.

Is there a free or relatively cheap template/add-in/solution for FM that acts like a forum? (i.e. similar to the look and feel of this forum)

Note: I realize that this forum uses FusionBB. I was just curious if someone had created a FM version that is available.

No, I don't think there is. You can also try to suggest it to the moderators though. I think it they would grant it if others would support.
