Do you know any list or repository of jar files compatible with this plugin?

Or, can you recommend any 3rd party Jar files that works well?

I've read something about FTP, MS SQL or Mail, but, is there anything else?

You should be able to use any existing Java / Jar library with ScriptMaster. You can get an idea of what is available at http://www.jars.com/
