I am not getting the "records being browsed" option in the scroll of the Filemaker 3.0v2 printer box. Why?

You didn't specify what platform you are running on. One thing, you don't want to run FM 3.0v2. You should update to FM 3.0v4 or 3.0v5. -bd

The only time I've ever seen that is when there are no records in the found set. See if that is the case.
