QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree from an accredited university in a related field with three years of technical experience preferred, or in lieu of degree, an accredited Senior High School Diploma or equivalent (USA equivalency) with five years of technical experience

• FileMaker Developer Certification preferred

• Experience using FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server, preferably version 9.0 or higher

• Demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware, software and communication troubleshooting skills

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and manage FileMaker Pro systems that track information; such as labor, workflow, production, inventory and finance systems

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Demonstrated problem solving/investigative skills as required to research inquiries

• Demonstrated ability to interface with technical and non-technical personnel

• Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Demonstrated organization, communication and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position

• Experience with configuration and management of PC desktop systems

• Must be organized, articulate, detail oriented and comfortable working and contributing with a team structure

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide hardware and software technical support

• Regularly required to lift or exert force of up to 10 pounds

• Ability to communicate in English by speaking, reading and writing

• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• FileMaker system development and maintenance of FileMaker database systems

• Perform all other job related duties as assigned

$ 33,860 $ 45,244 $ 56,627

Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines.
