I just created a runtime on Windows XP. The files include "FileMaker Pro Runtime" and "FileMaker Pro 7 Runtime Database". They also have two similar but distinct icons. The name I assigned to the runtime in Tools/Developer Utilities... is the same for both files. What is the difference between these two files?

I'm not sure if this is relevant information or not, but I have an Admin account (Full Access) and a Guest account (Read Only). The database automatically opens in the Admin account.
