I am trying to shorten the extremely long UPS tracking URL that we are emailing to customers. Is there a way that I can use a service such as http://snipurl.com within FileMaker?

Also, how are you supposed to search the archives for a term like "UPS" when the site prevents you from using a search term that is less than four characters?
