Hi All!

We're using FM 9 and would like to add a barcode scanning function to our current system. We need to have a thermal printer for tiny little barcode tags, can anyone recommend one that will work with Filemaker and with OSX?

We've always had good results with Dymo LabelWriters... you don't have to use the software that comes with them, you can print to them, set page setup, etc., from FileMaker like any other printer. We use them for several different kinds of labels as well as receipts (using continuous-roll thermal paper). They don't last forever, but they're also not very expensive... I just got a new Twin Turbo for $120.
