Newbies Phil in Brissie Posted April 3, 2011 Newbies Posted April 3, 2011 Hi there I can't help, but I can report the same problem. I have a new Dell laptop running Windows 7 enterprise and when I tried to install FM Pro 9.03, it installed, but now crashes. I can't remember whether I've ever had it run successfully. I uninstalled it from my previous laptop, so that it could be properly registered with FM. After it crashes you get a windows diagnostic offer, but it just does its thing and closes without offering any solution. Hoping someone can help. Lee Smith Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Phil and Robin Have you checked to see if your setups meet the minimum requirements that is listed on FileMaker? Tech Spec
Vaughan Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 FMP 9 is not certified for WIndows 7. There are known incompatibilities. The earliest version certified is 10.0v3.
