datalink Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 I was attempting to put buttons over tab control tabs in an effort to seamlessly trigger a script when the tab control tab was pushed. This was not effective and now I can't delete the button object off of the second tab in the tab control without triggering the tab control. So I have no way to delete the button I added. Suggestions?
Vaughan Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Click on the tab control (away from the tabs) and use the arrow keys to move it aside so the button can be seen.
datalink Posted February 26, 2011 Author Posted February 26, 2011 Click on the tab control (away from the tabs) and use the arrow keys to move it aside so the button can be seen. The button moves with the tab control. So there seems to be no way to get at it to delete it. I attached a pic. I'm starting to worry that I will have to rebuild the whole tab set up.
bruceR Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 No need to rebuild. Drag down from open space above tabset.
datalink Posted March 1, 2011 Author Posted March 1, 2011 This took a good deal of fiddling around but in the end I got it to work as you guys suggested with only some minor rework. Thanks for your help!
