Email to outlying stations

I want to use the filemaker email function to let me pick a field representative for whom I have new records. I will then export the new records and attach them to the email. The problem is that the level of computer experience in my field offices is very limited and I do not want to overwrite the previous file sent with the new file sent. I am thinking that I will have to have a filenaming convention that sends a unique filename- something like OFCTOFldxxxx where xxxx is the month and day of the year. I would like to have filemaker create the filename and assign it to the export file which is attached. Any suggestions.
