I am trying to import full data from Access / SQL server database into File Maker. I am loosing sleeps when I think about importing the entire data into FileMaker.

The Access / SQL server database table relationship is different from filemaker table relationship. I have all the data which goes into FileMaker database but I am not sure how to import the data by keeping the table level relationships. Please help.

Not enough info, especially if the data model differs.

Think about importing into a scratch table and then scripting the data using looping and set fields.
