Digging into the possibilities of mailing with FM Pro 5.0 on a Mac I found out that it's only possible with either Eudora or Claris Emailer( now owned by Apple?)

Both are stand-alone applications, right?

So what would I use when I wanted to be able to send and receive all mail-trafic over a Network? I'd like all us (4) to be able to see all incoming and outgoing mail.

Take a look in the FAQ forum for a technioque for sending email to client programs other than Eudora and Claris Emailer.

It uses the Open URL script step instead of Send Mail.

I would take a look at www.filemaker.com for email plug-ins for FM. These are a much more integrated approach than using another application. Plug-ins are available for both Mac and PC. (I've had good results with SMTPit for the Mac). -bd
