If a Word file has tags that ScribeDocReadValue is suppose to extract data from, are the contents of these tags not extracted when the ScribeFileAsText is used on the document?

ScribeDocReadValue is designed to work with text Content Control fields, not all tags and text areas.

As far as I know the content of CC fields are not ignored when reading a document using ScribeFileAsText.
