Linking Account Details to a layout form

Hi

Is there any way to link account details (set up in Security) to a layout form in the database so users could update their passwords and low level administrators could update passwords and usernames. Rather than go through the menu path. Also for full administrators to add new users.

There is no way to access the account password -- it's not stored in the database file (a hash is stored but not the original password).

If you have a lot of users or many file (or both) then consider external authentication, otherwise create a table to store the user names (not passwords) and script the management of accounts.
