Have you looked at:

You can also look at Autograph. There is a version for iPhone and iPod Touch. I am not sure about iPad.

The price is right if it works - $6.00

LOL, FM just announced FMGo 1.2 with Signature Capture. http://www.filemaker.com/products/filemaker-go/whats-new.html

Does anyone know how this works yet? Does FM go just see a container field and has some sort of ability to insert a signature? That would be my guess, otherwise they would have had to create a new control for filemaker to develop for it. I guess that gives me something to look at later today :)

You can add a signature directly in a container field. It is a new option in FileMaker Go 1.2.1 when you click on a container field.

You can read more about it here: Link
