dsghs Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Hey guys Developing an iPad Go solution for some inspectors. Part of it is a checklist. The item is initial/default, ok, or a violation. Right now I toggle between normal text (initial/default), black fill (okay), and bold red text (violation) when the actual text is tapped using a hidden text field going from 0,1,2, triggering, and conditional formatting. My questions: 1. Can Go distinguish between swipes and taps on the iPad/iPhone? I'd love to use a swipe to mark out the item (ok) and a tap to select violation. 2. Is there a better way to implement this? I'm all for cool/intuitive ways of accomplishing this! I just can't really think of any other way to do it. I don't want buttons, the user needs to interact with the actual text line.
