Is it possible to encrypt the SuperContainer files as they are being uploaded and decrypt as they are downloaded?

If you would like to encrypt the traffic you can send the files through HTTPS be installing SuperContainer with either filemaker server (using installer.jar) or with a tomcat deployment and then set up an SSL certificate on your web server.

If you would like to encrypt the documents when they are sitting on your server's hard drive you will need to use a separate encryption solution to encrypt the drive or your data.

Your users can also use software like winrar or other compression software to encrypt the data and secure it with a password/key before uploading it to your SuperContainer server.
