May 23, 201114 yr I have been using Web Services Manager for a long time successfully but as the number of users has grown, I have started getting reports of bugs so I thought it was time to update. I downloaded the new version (1.5) and followed the import instructions but the import from my live version is not working upfortunately. Here is the config. Server: Windows Server 2008 R2, Filemaker Server 11v1 Web Server: Windows Server 2003 R2, Filemaker Server 11v1 Currently running: Web Services Manager 1.1 New version: Web Services Manager 1.5 I have attached some screenshots of the update process. Any advice would be much appreciated. I know if I try to re-create the settings I will make mistakes and it will be very time-consuming. Many thanks Michael Capture.zip
May 23, 201114 yr If possible, please upload your v1.1 Web Services Manager.fp7 using our SuperContainer-based uploader at http://www.360works.com/upload. If you are unable to do that, clone the v1.1 file and upload it. Regards, Sterling Rouse Developer 360Works
May 31, 201114 yr Author Hi Sterling. I was wondering whether you had had chance to look at this issue based on the files I uploaded the other day? Many thanks Michael
July 27, 201114 yr Author Hi Sterling I have not heard from you yet and I have clients experiencing problems with a number of bugs that I know have been fixed since my old version. I really need to upgrade ASAP. Please could you take a look at the file I uploaded a while back and get back to me. Many thanks Michael
December 12, 201114 yr Michael, One of my colleagues brought it to my attention that you bumped this thread. I rarely if every check FMForums because there are a couple of people from our office that check the forums regularly and forward posts to the person best suited to addressing the issue. For whatever reason, the posts following your initial one slipped through the cracks. My apologies. I never received your files. Can you e-mail them to me directly ([email protected])? Going forward, it is best to just contact me directly, especially if the issue is affecting your clients.
