Customize report base on one-to-many relationship

Hi to all,

I have adopted and amended FM11 built-in Event Management solution and I need help to accomplish a report where selected records in Events::EventName as headers and rows as the related records from EventsGuests table.

I'm not sure if I explained it well so I have attached the desired output Custom Report.pdf to illustrate further.

Thanks...

You probably need a summary report. Generate it from the EventGuests table. The parent event details will be in a sub-summary part. The event guests will be in the body part.

Read up on summary reports to see how to create one.

Thanks Vaughan for the suggestion... Have you actually look at my attachment? I can't seem to format the headers the way I present it in my attachment as the summary is limited to either trailing or leading.
