Hi all,

I have a big database and I want to prepare various reports from the same based on some conditions (say I have a field where I have values 1,2,3,4,5 so I want 5 reports one with 1 only and second with 2 only and so on) I am just curious to know how is that possible, as I am new to FM so I really could not mke out how it can be done.

Thanks in advance

I think you left of a few too many words in your description wink.gif" border="0. "various reports from the same based", from the same what? If you wish to print only some records on each report based upon the value of a field, you need to "Find" the records with a "1" or "2" or whatever in that field. If you are not familiar with the "Find" operation, it's time to spend a little more time reading the FileMaker manual.
