Newbies Chris Papas Posted May 27, 2011 Newbies Posted May 27, 2011 When you use Send Mail Outlook creates a Plain Text email with no signature which is no good because my client wants his default signature. I have tried using "MailTo:" which gets Outlook to open a HTML email with the signature which is good but I can't seem to add an attachment using this method. Does anyone know how? So is it possible to send an email from FileMaker using Outlook that uses the default signature?
IdealData Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Check out ScriptMaster from 360Works - it's free and there are some good examples already in it that do what you want. I would also like to re-raise this issue however because I don't see why the "mailto:" protocol invokes a signature but SendMail does not.
