Is there any possible to change the field extense privilege using the scripts....

I need to change the field to "view only" or "no access" privileges based on the check box selection.

Field level access, as distinguished from record level access, is not dynamically configurable. Perhaps one day it will be. There are some workarounds, chiefly centered on using 1:1 relationships, but these are inelegant and troublesome.
