Any one know the best way to keep inventory quantities synced bewtween ChannelAdvisor (CA) and Filemaker?

I am currently exporting data from CA and then importing to FM. This process is somewhat time consuming (70,000+ records to update).

Looking for ideas more than exact solutions. I'll take the exact solutions, but I would imagine that they could be very complicated.
