Client has a 64 bit new Windows 7 machine failing my runtime installs

I am using File maker 11 and window 7 32 bit to create a runtime version for window 7 users

this client is getting a runtime error 5 ?

and something mentioned about side by side configuration too

Thought my installs worked in 64 bit machines?

Then she said MS support converted her to the 32 bit version? (weird, how did they do that?)

I remote into... to install and support my clients with our app, also viewing app install failure as well

I asked the customer to Download the Filemaker 11 30 day trial !!

She did... but then never got back to me... indicating it probably didn't install neither..

Right on that issue...several days later she emailed me... that my app is now running....

WAS DUE TO SOMETHING ABOUT.. Bonjour wasn't installed or missing a file??

Does anyone have any clues why might is happened...

the client doesn't have any answers that make sense..
