Is there a way to know when the loading of the Web Viewer page is complete?

A page should end with a closing </html> tag - although I've seen some that don't.

But is there a calculation to determine when it is completely loaded? I have been using the pause script step, but sometimes the page isn't completely loaded before going to the next record, just wanted to know if there was a calculated way to determine this.
