Hi.

I am new to FM and currently trying to set up IWP (FM11) and am having a couple of difficulties.

2. am trying to set up additional users with read-only access using either an 8 or 10 digit alpha-numeric password. However I am unable to log in. It works fine for Full access users but the passwords for read-only access are being extended, i.e. the original 10 digits are becoming 20 digits.
   
3. I have added the IP addresses which are to have access but from one machine I can get access using a full access log in the other I can't at all. I am getting an error message saying the Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. I guess this is not a FM issue but the same machine can access any other pages with no problem.

1. If you're talking about the password masked with 20 bullets in the manage security dialog, that is just for display, it obscures the actual length of the password, and has no relationship to the actual length.

2. Are all the machines on the same local network?
