Autofill Field with Fiscal Year

I need a calculation to autofill a fiscal year field. Our fiscal year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31, and this fiscal year is represented as, for example, 2011-2012.

Is there a way to automatically fill the field using a calculation? (Of course there is, but I can't figure it out.)

Any help would be appreciated.
