Good morning all, I have had little / no luck finding an answer on this one, maybe my google fu is weak.

I have a database that I need to output in a particular order / structure to import into another program (quickbooks)

I have created a layout that is visually what is needed, but I am having no luck getting the data out in that format / ordering.

Is there a way to output fields in an order that matches the layout to a text file? (either csv or tab would work.

Fields export in the order you specify using the Export Records command, not how they are positioned on a layout.

As for integrating with QB, have you looked at Productive Computing's plugin FMBooksConnector?
