FM Server 11 hosts a database, with Supercontainers stored on the same server.

When I log in remotely from outside the LAN using FMP 11, I cannot see the contents of supercontainers. We plan to add iPad access with FMGo, will we be able to view the SC's with that?

Yes, you can view the contents of SuperContainer URLs on an iPad.

It sounds like you do not have your port forwarding or firewall configured correctly to allow you to access SuperContainer from outside of your network. You will need to make sure that you are correctly forwarding port 80, 8020, or 8080, depending on what port you are using.
