Change data format when click a checkbox

Is there a script or function to change data format from text to number(vice versa) when click a text box. Many Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by "change data format from text to number". If the field is defined as a Text field, the data in the field is of type Text. You cannot change the the field's type via a script.
