Viewing data from two separate tables

Featured Replies

I'm not sure really what forum to put this question on so I guess I will start here.

I have a cabinetshop and I am trying to manage tasks.

I need to come up with a way to dynamically blend data from one table with another.

The first table contains a list of tasks.

The second table contains a list of cabinets.

Each type of cabinet has a specific set of tasks.

For example:

Drawer banks have drawer box operation.

Sink bases have formica floor operations

Wall cabinets have shelf hole operations.

etc.

I would like to develop a database that operates like a bingo board.

The simplified version looks like the attached jpeg.

As tasks are completed they are crossed off with a yellow highlighter.

When all the tasks are yellow the project (or cabinet) is complete.

Values in the spreadsheet are cabinet numbers.

They come from a list of cabinets in the table

This list of cabinets is filtered by the characteristic of "NEXT".

Is it possible to keep the list of tasks constant but dynamically change the cabinet numbers?
