I need a way to allow the user to globally change the font used in pre-formatted text document(s) without allowing layout access. Both Windows and Mac users here...

The only way I can think is to either 1) let them apply the formatting in the entry field; or 2) have multiple layouts identical except for text foematting on the fields, and use a script to select the appropriate one to print from.
