If Checked then Container Field Inserted

I am trying to have a database with photos in a container field and in the form have the related photo be inserted if check box is noted to allow.

Hope this is explained right. Any help would be appreciated!

create a second calculated field with result as Container: Case ( not isEmpty ( checkboxField ) ; containerField )
