Problem printing labels

Hi there,

I regularly print appr. 5000 address-labels, on paper-format DIN A4,

3 columns, each column 7 labels, so per page 21 labels.

On ANY printed page ALWAYS the 20th label contains an empty line between name and address. There is no data missing, so only on the 20th label lines 2, 3 and 4 are shifted down 1 line, the first line is OK.

All other labels are OK.

Has anyone a suggestion?
