Hi,

I need help ASAP! Please email me if you can help!

Using Filemaker 5.V1

I am using a Mac 8.6 O/S and I am having the hardest time getting the the labels to print correctly it seems they are shifting even though I pick the correct labels in filemaker and they look fine on the screen they are moving so they are not printing correctly on the labels from the printer what is causing this and how can I fix it? Seems they are to much to the upper left need to shift down and to the right which I tried to do manually but his makes things worse. I tried to call Filemaker and 2 people were unsuccessful in assisting me what can I do! Please help if you know how? These are mailing labels with First Name , Last name, Title

Company, Address, and City, State, Zip. I don't know how to export into word document so I am stuck trying to get them to print in word crazy.gif" border="0

Just remember, adjusting the header size moves ALL the labels the same amount vertically. Adusting the body size will make the alignment change more the farther down the page you get. The horizontal position for all three columns is adjusted by changing the left page margin. If the horizontal alignment is different for each label across the page, change the horizontal size of the body part.

I do not know how to adjust the header? What is occuring is when I print out the labels on plain paper the labels are printing to much to the left and some of the labels are printing to much to the bottom on some labels. Please someone help!

The header is adjusted in layout mode by clicking and dragging the boundary of the header part. If you are not familiar enough with FM to do this, you might want to get some consulting help. This really isn't something that can be done remotely, as it depends upon the exact printer your are using. You might also send your file to someone and have them print the labels and return them to you.
