No matter how large I make the field in layout, when I preview or print, only the first line of each field is shown - the rest of the data is chopped off. How can I tell it to expand the field vertically as needed? When I export data into an html table and upload it to my website, it does all of this automatically.

Thanks - have spent 4 frustrating hours trying to figure this out!!

Are you making the field deep as well as wide? The field itself needs to be able to show more than one line in order to print more than one line.

I've gone into the layout and made the field box HUGE, but it makes no difference in the preview or printing. In fact, it doesn't seem to make any difference no matter what I do to the box. Is layout mode not the correct place to make these changes?
