Allow user to enter report title??

I'd like to provide a way for users to enter a text title or comment that prints in the header of a report. layout Ideally, it would be a field that they simply clicked into and entered text. It would persist until they deleted the text, over-wrote it or close the database.

Any and all thoughts and/or suggestions are welcomed...
