After reading a number of prior discussions, I want to re-ask a question involving FMP on a PC:

1) is there any way to send a report as an email attachment that can be viewed by someone without FMP, e.g., somesome with Word? can it even be viewed or printed by someone with FMP but without the database from which the report was generated?

2) is there any way to produce a report that can then be annotated and/or edited (within or without FMP) before being printed or forwarded on?

3) when you print to a file, how can that file be used? How do you even later print it?

Use Acrobat. Print the reports as PDFs. Using a copy of Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) the files can be edited/annotated.
