ccosner Posted January 11, 2002 Posted January 11, 2002 I would try to get an updated printer driver from the web, install it, restart, then be sure the desired printer is set as default printer (so that page setup uses it). Then open FM and go into layout mode to adjust the layout, checking against preview mode as you go along.
Newbies Ronda Posted January 12, 2002 Newbies Posted January 12, 2002 I just upgraded to Windows 2000 Pro, because my old system crapped out. I copied my files to the new workstation and all seemed fine until i attempted to print out our customized shipping form, which was created by our previous IT guy, who is now gone. My printer is an Okidata 590, i am running Filmaker Pro 4.0 v2 on windows 2000. When i give it the print command it advances the paper approximatly 3/4" causing everything to run off the end of the page. i am using 9 1/2" in by 5 1/2" paper in landscape mode, so that it fits on the page. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
