Logging with 'tail' on Windows?

I am running Filemaker Server 11 on Windows 7, after using it on the Mac for a long time. How can I do something like display a stream of current logs as I can do with 'tail' in Terminal, so I can see what the server is doing? Thanks in advance for the help.

Is this for live troubleshooting or just regular monitoring?

Just general monitoring, so I can see what it's doing, if it's slow due to running a backup etc.

On Windows you would use perfmon for that. Much better than just looking at logs. You can see all the Windows counters plus the FMS counters in one nice view.
