Besides the DDR, is there any clean way to print a report showing the list of users, privilege sets, and who has access to what in a particular file?

Obviously this information is available in the DDR, but just the section on privilege sets alone is 222 pages for this particular file, since it lists every single layout for every single privilege set. I'm really looking for something more like the "table view" seen when you're viewing/editing access privileges - more like a matrix of which privilege sets can View/Create/Edit/Delete in each table and any special exceptions.

When you generate the DDR you can suppress all that other information. Select just the Accounts option.
