I would like to remove ALL passwords on my Filemaker 8 documents.

My information is critical to me, but not secret. I recently had a password disaster where I could not open my file. NEVER AGAIN!

How do I open up my file to anyone, anytime, no password protection?

All files have to have at least one full access account. You can name it whatever you like. ("Admin" is an easy one to guess and is the default name for new files. Leave the password blank to make it easy to guess as well.)

The final, key step is to go to the file options and specify the account you want to use as the default when opening the file.
